Steps
One step per line
Combine all dry ingredients. Whisk oil, vanilla, vinegar, and eggs in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix the lumps, do not stir again. Heat the pan and melt a dollop of whipped salted butter. Scoop batter carefully onto the pan. Wait until bubbles die down, then flip. Serve with whipped salted butter and real syrup.
