A classic pancake recipe.
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Whisk oil, vanilla, vinegar, and eggs in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix the lumps, do not stir again.
- Heat the pan and melt a dollop of whipped salted butter.
- Scoop batter carefully onto the pan.
- Wait until bubbles die down, then flip.
- Serve with whipped salted butter and real syrup.
