170g Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt 1/2 scoop whey protein 1 tbsp chia seeds Handful of berries 4 tbsp Cool Whip Oreo crumbles Macros Calories: ~380 kcal Protein: ~32g Carbs: ~35g Fat: ~14g

Mix the yogurt and whey until completely smooth. Stir in the chia seeds and berries. Spread the Cool Whip evenly on top. Let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbles right before eating.
